Need paper copies for a whole school? The Institutional License gives you both the Teacher’s and Student Editions as PDFs, and for one year from purchase lets you download them as often as you like and print them without limit within your academy, school, or institution (or until you delete your account).
Save the PDFs securely on your own device — after one year the license expires and a new purchase is required to continue access.
Because PDFs are instant-access materials, an order is refundable only while nothing in it has been opened.

Refund Policy

Online subscription: a 7-day no-questions refund from the day you subscribe. It’s self-service in your account settings; taking it closes your account and permanently deletes your records. It’s a one-time courtesy — we keep a secure fingerprint of your email, and after a second refund that email can no longer be used for an account.

Workbook PDFs: because these are instant-access materials, a purchase is refundable only while it is untouched — if nothing has been opened. The moment any PDF in the order is opened, that purchase is final and non-refundable.
